  2. Double-click START-WINDOWS.cmd in that folder.
  3. Keep its window open and use the browser tab it opens.

Opening this source index.html directly will not run React or TypeScript.

Manual alternative, in a terminal opened in this folder:
npm install
npm run dev -- --open

The interface can start before the demographic datasets are ready. Missing data will be labeled unavailable.
